The following additional terms and conditions apply if you place an order online: Taxes and Shipping The customer shall be responsible for the payment of all sales, use, and similar taxes, and shipping and handling charges related to the purchase of products from the Great American Popcorn online E-Shop.
Delivery Dates
Our delivery of E-Shop products is handled by UPS. Since their delivery may be affected by weather or labor conditions beyond their control, they cannot guaranty delivery dates, and so, Great American Popcorn is unable to guaranty delivery dates.
