Shipment processing time
Most orders placed before 3 PM CST will be shipped the same day. All our popcorn flavors are made to order so be aware that there is a small chance your order will not ship out the same day you place it. But rest assured we are working tirelessly to get your delicious, fresh popcorn delivered to your door. Depending on our retail store volume, some orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number is usually active within 24 hours.
Great American Popcorn Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns / Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Thirty (30) days or less must have elapsed since your order was placed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
